I earned my Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Northwestern. Most of my career has been in HR so Recruiting seems like a natural fit for me. I started at Lakeshore Talent as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator several years ago and moved to a full-time employee. I've worked for TriStarr for nearly 20 years, working my way up the ranks. Professionally I have done a little bit of everything. After I graduated high school I became a plumber and after 4 years of school and working fulltime I became a licensed journeyman plumber! I was a plumber for about 10 years before I transitioned into various sales rolls as I was sick of killing my body, working in crawlspaces, attics, and other fun stuff that comes with being a plumber.. (LOL) I also taught snowboarding for 10 years. I have taught hundreds (if not more) of people how to snowboard! I'm a passionate teacher who understands that everyone learns differently and its up to me to be adaptable and accommodating in my approach and to make it fun or what's the point!?
