My name is Tyler Allen - I'm a Radiology Tech (R)(T)(CT) and Recruiter/Account Manager at Lucid Staffing Solutions.
I graduated from X-Ray in 2010 and Rad Therapy in 2011. I worked in RTT and X-Ray for 4 years before moving from PA to FL. When I came to FL, I became a CT Tech to "pass the time" while I waited for a Radiation Therapy position to open. I ended up loving CT and working 3x12 was pretty nice as well! I left the field in late 2022 to take a shot at recruiting and have been doing so ever since.
As a former registered respiratory therapist, I know the healthcare industry! Now, as a TNAA recruiter, I'm ready to help allied professionals live out their dreams of travel and adventure. I am originally from Ocala, Florida and love living in the sunshine state! I moved to Orlando, FL in 2008 and attended the University of Central Florida where I earned my first Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Later, I decided to continue my education and received my second Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound. I loved my career in ultrasound and getting to work hands on in the medical field. Ultimately, moving to Tampa, FL I discovered Cell Staff and knew instantly healthcare recruiting was my calling!
