I started in IT Sales for Compaq Computer Corp. When I moved to Charlotte NC years later I discovered recruiting and joined Nurses RX. I then chose to be a stay home mom after 1 ½ years of recruiting and then became a Special Needs teacher in the elementary school where my daughter attended. Now I am here, at TNAA! I missed recruiting and connecting with so many special people in healthcare!!
I love helping travelers find assignments! I'm a no-pressure, hardworking, experienced recruiter who is an open book about traveling and life! Recruiting has always come naturally to me and I always make it a positive experience, even if you land a job with another agency or decide not to travel. My wife works in healthcare as an MRI Tech so I see firsthand the stresses of working in healthcare. You'll get a recruiter that cares and works hard for you when you're on my team!
Outside of work, my wife and I have two young kiddos and two dogs. I love the ocean which is why I live near it. I am a big wave, big storm, shark & surf loving guy who recently got into running marathons. If it has to do with adrenaline, I'm all about it! Last year, I swam from Alcatraz to San Francisco which was pretty nuts! I do like collecting seashells with my kiddos, as well!
I started PICU travel nursing with my wife (also a PICU travel nurse) in 2018 and had a really bad experience with another company and was close to giving it up. We found Atlas MedStaff and then found our love for travel nursing. We traveled for 2 years to 5 different hospitals. Due to the pandemic last year, we had to stop because we found out we were pregnant. I transitioned into a recruiter role and couldn't be happier!

After 12 years as a Scrub Tech, I know firsthand the challenges of working in healthcare. Now as a recruiter, I get to support amazing travel healthcare professionals by helping them find assignments that match their goals—and take a little stress off their plates along the way. I work with both RNs and Scrub Techs.
I’m passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, and making the process smooth, simple, and even a little fun. Want a recruiter who’s **responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares**? I’m your girl. Let's work together, I am here for it!

Hello!
My name is Jordan Williams and i'm 25. I have been a recruiter now for a year and a half and have absolutely loved it. I was born and raised in Omaha, NE. I live with my Girlfriend, and I love spending time with family.
One of my favorite things about recruiting is being an advocate and educator about the travel industry.
Fun facts about Katie: - Studied at Miami University in Ohio (Love and Honor!) - Born and raised in Chicago area (go Cubs!) but now lives in the south A few favorite things: - Stepping outside into fresh snow and silence after it’s been snowing a few hours at night - Cooking (also grocery shopping which can be polarizing) - Traveling and exploring nature – she loves visiting National Parks - Swimming laps – played water polo in high school and college - A fresh latte, cold brew coffee, or Spindrift water
