I always enjoy see the members of my group. I always appreciate the level that members share at. I thought it was nice during lunch to mix the groups. I think you could have done a buffet lunch and then do the sales meeting during that. It would have allowed more time for us to process together.

The organization provides its members with a safe environment to ensure confidentiality and foster collaboration among talented and experienced individuals who may not ever cross paths without their strategic facilitation. To my knowledge, there isn't a more powerful way to share and collect best practices, cutting edge tactics, new tech tools, and successful strategies than from fellow colleagues who are experiencing similar challenges in the very same industry!
