Believe the group needs to be very aware of the time restrains when you have 11-12 people presenting with the understanding that it's a hour for the presentation. Seems like on the 2nd day several in the group have to leave early to catch a returning flight.
I’ve really enjoyed being part of the Visus Group. The experience has been incredibly valuable. I’ve gained so much insight from the diverse perspectives within our roundtable. Mark Dermott has been excellent, and the compensation plan discussions have been especially impactful. If possible, I’d love for our group to occasionally hear from leaders in higher revenue brackets. I realize that may not always be feasible, but learning from those operating at that next level would be extremely helpful. Jeff Mariola has been fantastic as well. I feel our group is starting to build stronger connections, which makes each meeting even more productive and open. We’ve also been introduced to some great vendors and partners through Visus, which has added even more value to the experience. I’m really looking forward to our next meeting. I loved La Jolla and enjoy traveling to destinations like that. Austin should be fun! Overall, Visus has been an outstanding experience, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.
This is an amazing group. I have found an an amazing group of people who care about my success as a person and in business. I think having a group that will give it to you straight in what is working and not working is critical in todays markets. I have seen my business grow since joining.
