The experience was very well run by Visus Group. The communication ahead of time was clear and concise, the meeting was well thought-out and moved along at a nice pace. The facilitators did a great job keeping everyone on topic. I learned a lot from everyone who attended.

The CFO Roundtable is the most valuable thing I do from a professional development standpoint. Everyone in the group is willing to share their extensive knowledge. I really enjoy every meeting, and I always come away with great information. The members are all great, and I enjoy spending time with them and getting their feedback.

About RoundTable Program:

With the group being newly established and a handful of the group being their first Table you could tell there was a "want" to build trust before getting deeper into conversation. The networking outside of the structure was what built some rapport for the next day and conversations that are ongoing. The ability to meet peers and network has led to ideas and solutions in our business quickly. Moving forward and building a more consistent group will lead to more feedback as well for Visus.

It was a really good first experience. I had a general idea of the format since my partner Tim attended different group earlier. Meeting others in the space was valuable and the conversations on similar challenges is insightful. My primary goal was to listen and learn, meet others and enjoy the experience. I believe those were all accomplished.
