A few of us mentioned that we wished we had more time together! Perhaps the afternoon of the second day (maybe just until 3:00) could be reserved as an optional "Hot Topics" time? That way if someone needed to leave at noon, they could, but you could also stay to talk through some quick hot topics. Especially since we've all made the effort to be there together, I think having a few more hours of in-person meeting time would be beneficial.
I thought the agenda was very well-structured this time, with related topics in order. I also felt we were all very prepared, thanks to the form we completed before the meeting! Thanks for all your hard work to make it such a worthwhile meeting!
The losses of Jeremy and David Salters are tough to take but you have done a really nice job of bringing in solid leaders to the group.
My only gripe would be location but I say that understanding you're trying to be as fair as possible in this regard. Chicago is close to the East Coast and then there is another meeting on the East Coast with the remaining meetings having been in Chicago again or on the midwest/west (Denver, Las Vegas).
Emma and Tom were amazing. I loved the organization of the event, start to finish!
I really liked the group! I was able to glean good information that will help running our business. I enjoyed the authentic nature and felt very welcomed by the group.
It was a really good experience for me.
Good format like always and obvious value in being around your professional peers to help stem ideas, etc. Only thing that could be better is if the whole group was from the same genre of staffing: commerical, professional, IT, etc. I am sure that is hard to do and all parties have sharp minds. But, that would be the only thing to make it a 12/10 instead of a 10/10.
