It's great to hear what's working and what's not working for other companies. I learn so much with each in person and zoom meeting I have attended. Working with Mark Dermottand Jeff Mariola in between these meetings has been invaluable. Visus Group always has great recommendations for other partnerships as well. We are working with Bell Brennon, EOS, and Brett Park, Power CFO, because of Visus.

About RoundTable Program:

Being around a group of people who experience the same concerns and challenges was refreshing. I took away some ideas that we have already started implementing since the meetings. I enjoyed the brainstorming activities and hearing about the challenges that others have. It was nice to break those down and offer suggestions or solutions from my experiences since I have been in staffing for 32 years. It energized me to bring back some of my creative thinking and planning for the future in my new position as Regional Sales Director.

About RoundTable Program:

Being relatively new to the CFO position this roundtable experience has been invaluable to me. Getting the perspective from others that have far more experience not only in the position but also in the industry is crucial to me.
