About RoundTable Program:

Being around a group of people who experience the same concerns and challenges was refreshing. I took away some ideas that we have already started implementing since the meetings. I enjoyed the brainstorming activities and hearing about the challenges that others have. It was nice to break those down and offer suggestions or solutions from my experiences since I have been in staffing for 32 years. It energized me to bring back some of my creative thinking and planning for the future in my new position as Regional Sales Director.

About RoundTable Program:

Being relatively new to the CFO position this roundtable experience has been invaluable to me. Getting the perspective from others that have far more experience not only in the position but also in the industry is crucial to me. The involvement and familiarity from and with the facilitators is an important advantage the group has.

About RoundTable Program:

Overall I have enjoyed the sessions. Just an observation and some feedback, consistently on the last day people seem to leave quite early which is understandable given the travel schedule of most executives, but in terms of providing valuable feedback on business plan presentations when more than half of the group has left seems unfair to the others still presenting.
