While I enjoyed the content, I was impressed with the quality of the people. They are smart, but very relatable and down to earth. You have done a great job creating a very knowledgeable and welcoming group. While we all love talking about the latest technological advances and data, it all comes down to people. This is my first year in the staffing industry and I feel this group has been extremely beneficial. I have learned a lot about the industry in just a few short days with VISUS. About RoundTable Program:

I would like to see more structure around IP and topics during the Roundtables. Perhaps a theme for each session? I feel like most folks would gain more value from hot topics than IP. We spent significant time on things that could have been in an email. There wasn't time to get into hot topics. I would also like networking opportunities with other peer groups to hear from faster-growing or larger companies in the same segment.
