I appreciate Dave's professionalism and responsiveness throughout my interaction with him. Compared to many other recruiters these days, what stood out to me is that he always responded quickly whenever I reached out by phone, even if there was some delay on my end in replying to his messages. In today’s market, it’s becoming common for candidates to face long gaps or even silence from recruiters. Still, Dave’s consistent communication and willingness to engage made the process much smoother and more transparent.
