Why I love to recruit
Changing jobs is a big deal and one of the biggest decisions people face. Not only do you spend most of your time at your job, it's also how you build your future, support your family, and grow as a person. I love recruiting because I get to walk alongside people during that huge transition. I don't just want to help people find "jobs", I want to help people find the right place to build their future. I want to make the process less stressful, more honest, and to help people feel confident about what's next.

When I'm not working I like to
When I am not working I like to spend time with my family. I'm usually in full on mom-mode chasing after my toddler, going for family walks, or finding an excuse to swing by Target. I love being outside, finding new places to eat, or soaking up the chaos and fun of everyday life!
