After my reply to his message in Linkedin, he called me and I couldn't take the call. But he left a clear message on his availability. When I returned the call we could review his customer's need and expectancies and cross validate with my experience. He told me about how the hiring process was conducted. About Jim Erhard:

I've been happy to work with Jim so far. Unlike less experienced recruiters, I never felt like he was trying to meet some sort of call quota or rush my resume out the door for a marginally-suitable position. He talked with me about places where I might improve my skillset, and told me about some successful candidates he's had in the past. In the opportunistic, hit-or-miss field of recruiting, if you can maintain an ongoing relationship with someone, it means a lot, and I'm likely to continue my relationship with Jim regardless of the outcome for a particular role.
