About Tyler West:

Tyler is a great professional, knowledgeable but also good-humored. He has been transparent with me from day one about realities of the field and managing expectations. He's also prepared me well for the interview process and work experience ahead. Yet what I most appreciate is that I have never once felt that my disability had any effect on his service provision (and I've certainly experienced that in my life). And in fact I've secured more quickly than I expected what promises to be a great first assignment through his efforts. My thanks to Tyler and the rest of the TNAA team for their professionalism.

About Jamye Miller:

I’m an RRT. I’ve been working with Jamye for over a year now with TNAA. One thing I can say about her is that she does communicate in a timely manner. Which is a big deal as a traveler.

About Dana Thompson:

The only reason I have negative feedback, is due to the lack of communication about the area and city I was transporting to. I was contracted to a preferred hospital with TNAA. But, no one in my team even including my housing specialist reached or warned about leaving enough ample time to find housing. I did research and searched for 4 weeks before my contract started and couldn't find anything except for hotels which were outrageously priced. The current situation in America is having a housing crisis across the board which is understandable, but Portland specifically is in it's busy season which was never brought to my attention as I am from no where near Maine (I am from Atlanta, Ga). This is my first contract and I was totally side blinded and struggling to not become homeless essentially and no I am paying all the money I expected to make just on housing alone. You guys need to prepare your first timers more and do more background on where you are seeing people and at the very least give a warning so travelers don't get surprised and have no housing. I was lucky enough to have Brittany help and find me something in time, but I just wish my team had given me more warning or caution to the area and how the summer would have no housing and all the hotels being booked from vacationers and out of state visitors. Otherwise, Dana did a fantastic job of communicating rules and things to keep in mind to help me along. She did a great job of keeping me in the loop, communicating with me and helping me find a contract that would well suit me. If it weren't for the awful, stressful housing crisis that I have landed in, then I would give a perfect review.i am only giving negative feedback in hopes that future first time travelers like me don't get put in this situation without any knowledge.
