I love recruiting because I love being an advocate for my Nurses just as they are an advocate for their patients. Nurses are everyday heroes and I am grateful for the care and support I can provide to them.

Outside of work, it’s all about pouring into being the best mom possible –supporting my kids in their activities, meditating, reading, and self-improvement. For me, it’s all about living in joy and making the most of each moment.
