The whole process went verryyyy smoothly (compared to other agencies I looked into and ditched). In addition to the benefits TNAA offered, Brett’s communication throughout the process was on freaking point - he checked in with me weekly prior to my travel window, submitted me to jobs I consented to promptly, and thoroughly explained the process once I accepted my job! If you’re looking for a bomb recruiter that’s trustworthy and a great communicator and will land you that dream contract, look no further… you found him!

Amy is extremely responsive and is helpful with the start of my journey as a travel nurse. She answers all my questions in a timely manner and if she doesn’t know the answer, she makes sure to find it for me. Amy is professional but also very warm and friendly, which I appreciate in a recruiter.
I've had many conversations with recruiters; Michele is the most human of them all. Because of that I chose to sign with her for a little less cash than with my other agency without even bothering to ask for a match. I had a good recruiter there, but I am so glad I get to work with Michele because she is priceless (Dear Michele's manager, please consider that when her salary/ bonus review comes up). She didn't only get to know me but shared a little about herself too. This made our getting to know each other to grow a symbiotic working relationship more efficient. She checked in with me as I drove through snowstorms to get to my assignment. She kept checking in on me when I made it, but my start date was delayed. She listened to my complaints when I needed moral support. She is as caring as a nurse that goes above and beyond. For example, making sure I'm compliant with time sheets even when she's having a sick day. If you are looking for a recruiter that's caring, she is it!
