I have been in the customer service industry for more than 20 years and healthcare staffing for 3+ years. Before recruiting, I was a special education teacher, worked in sales and worked as a fulltime fitness instructor.

I was born and raised near Chicago. Left Chicago to attend college at Baylor University and then lived in Dallas for my first few years of teaching. After a great taste of life in the south and loving every moment, I moved back up north to be near my family. A few years later, I met my husband Steve while playing beach volleyball. Steve and I have been married 15 years and have 3 daughters (Lily, Isla and Averie) and a dog (sammy).

In my free time, you can find me outdoors, playing with my children, teaching fitness classes, working out or cooking dinner. I love music, listening to podcasts, reading and hanging with friends. We are also really invested in our church community.

Helping others and building a strong connection with my travelers is my "why" and exactly what I love about recruiting. I love advising people about the industry and helping them find jobs that meet their needs. I also have a great respect for nurses and all healthcare workers, so I strive to support them in any way that I can.

Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my family, cooking, working out or dining out with girlfriends. I love a good restaurant!
