Michele is a great recruiter! First of all, she listens to your words and tries to understand your concerns, requests, or requirements. Secondary to the listening, she does her best in matching those request/requirements with the available assignments. I always felt comfortable talking to her about many aspects of assignments/contracts, as well as personal aspects related to travel nursing. This is the third great point about her: she makes it easy for you to share. Furthermore, I think she tries to know you as a "person" first, then tries to match you as a professional "nurse" with the available assignments.
At last, she always is professional. It's been 8 month that I have started with TNAA and I have been in touch with her more than other great people in TNAA. I have never noticed an unprofessional approach to any topic/issue from her. I definitely recommend her as a recruiter.
I want to thank Angie for her outstanding job helping my sister and I secure travel jobs. Her efforts are deeply appreciated . Her professional, promptness , and attention throughout the whole recruitment process to even following up and checking in through the assignment has made the process run smoothly .
Dana has work day and night, really day and night finding assignments for me. I recommend her to any and everyone looking for a recruiter. She has became more than a recruiter, she has became a great friend.
Jimmy has been great with giving me information and helping learn how travel agencies function. He is kind and gives good feedback. This is my first time entering into the travel nurse world, and Jimmy has taken the time to help me along and check in with me regularly!
Angie really stood out for her “Persistence” and allowing “Negotiations” in the process. These are really key items in this competitive market. I’d like to recommend TNAA allow more of this with their recruiters to seal more deals with nurses. There’s no hidden secrets to pricing and margins in this market. With opportunities available and allowing negotiations, you’ll retain more nurses and allow for bigger growth as an organization.
