I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and currently live in Missouri with my amazing daughter and 2 crazy dogs! I proudly served this country as a United States Marine for 9 years. Recruiting has been a big part of my life for many years. Helping people through genuine connection while building their trust is one of my biggest strengths. Focus, drive, and discipline from my days in the military have translated well into my recruiting role. I love to look out for others and will always have their best interest at the forefront of everything.

I love to recruit because of the challenge. There is a satisfaction in finding healthcare professionals the job that matches their skillset.

When I'm not working I like to
Huge football fan! I spend a lot of time at the volleyball court watching my daughter play. When not doing that, I get to be the taxi for her and her friends. According to them I'm the "cool dad".

From the start Ron was very personable and interested in my goals. He has continued to help me pursue my travel goals whether it’s for the money, a place I need to be or skills that I need to obtain. Ron has been very professional from the start. He listened to what I was looking for, which is something my last recruiter did not bother to do. He only sent me suggestions which fit the criteria of which I gave him? Therefore, not wasting his time or mine. He has been in touch with me through the whole process and has been available anytime I needed day or night.
