I was deciding to extend my contract or leave, of course I was a little stressed and wanting to go closer to home, but liking it here in SD. I had a come apart moment with Melinda and she was so great at diffusing my frustration!!! I really appreciate her knowledge and experience, everyone needs someone like that in their corner!!! Trust is very important when you are a traveler!!

About Melinda McEwen:

From the very beginning and my first assignment, Melinda made me feel safe and in good hands. I never had to worry that she would not follow through and keep her word. She truly is a leader of integrity. So many times those in charge of our lives talk a big game but do not truly care about our day to day life. Our struggles with balancing work and family and our need to have safety and positive feedback. Melinda on the other hand goes above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I can’t imagine ever going with any other traveling company, which is why I continue to refer co workers to her that are interested in traveling.
