I was very interested in working at a specific location and originally, I was working with a different recruiter & agency that was offering a higher rate. What I learned is that more money does not always mean they have the inside track! After losing that slot, I decided to give Summer & TNAA a try. While looking for a good alternative location a spot opened up at the original location again and Summer was all over it! She is professional, persistent, and honest and I look forward to a long working relationship!
Bethany is an amazing recruiter! She always goes above and beyond to help me find the best contracts. She is friendly, professional, readily available and has a wealth of knowledge to answer any questions I have. She follows up on everything and gets things done asap!! She is the type of recruiter everyone hopes to find, and I can't recommend her enough!

She is awesome!! I told my self in December that I was going to take a contract in February. Her and I talked for about a week and a half and second week I signed my first contract! Amazing she got me everything I needed. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me
I am EXTREMELY grateful that I met Leah. From day one she has been honest, sincere, friendly, energetic , efficient , and there are many other wonderful words I could use to describe her. I admire Leah’s Strong work ethic. I met Leah during a time in my nursing career when I was about to give up being a nurse. I knew that Leah was Unique when I could feel her Energy , her positive attitude, and fantastic personality. I am Absolutely blessed to get to work with her and I believe everything happens for a reason. I love being a nurse and I love caring for others. I knew I didn’t want to quit nursing , but due to bullying from coworkers, harassment from others, and just plain mean girl attitudes ; I wasn’t sure what to do. It takes a mental toll on all nurses. Leah helped me find myself again and made me remember why I became a nurse. She somehow brought back the fire in me that I had in my 20s. I will forever be grateful that I met her. I know she has my best interest at heart.
Through all of this, I now have a new recruiter and a new Best friend. Anyone who wants a recruiter that has your best interest and always gets back to you in a timely manner , Leah is your woman.
Thank you will never be enough , but thank you Leah for not letting me give up and thank you for seeing the REAL me. I’m excited to start my new journey !
I've been traveling as a nurse throughout my 36 year career. I've taken well over 20+ assignments through various companies including TotalMed/TNAA, and Bailey has been the most resourceful, respectful, and professional Nurse Recruiter that I've worked with.
