I’m all about showing up for my nurses, no matter the time, I’ve got their back. Anyone who works with me knows it: I’m always here for you! I’m big on communication, staying available, and creating genuine connections. I love the energy of meeting new people, and recruiting gives me the chance to help nurses every single day.

When I'm not working I like to
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, hiking, or planning my next trip. I grew up on a farm, so anything outdoors feels like home to me. I’m also a huge foodie, whether it’s trying a new restaurant or experimenting with something different in the kitchen. I love exploring, learning, and staying active in every way I can.

About Rajnit Chohan:

I have done several contracts with her at this point. She was my first recruiter and I will keep her throughout all of my contracts. She replies so fast and literally fixes any discrepancies I have ever had. She is always advocating for me and getting me the best deal possible while meeting all of my needs. She has never left me wondering about anything and has always answered all of my questions to the best of her ability. If she doesn’t have an answer for my questions, she makes sure to get me to somebody that does. I have been very blessed having her as my first ever recruiter. She is the reason I stay with this agency.
