Why I love to recruit
My favorite part about recruiting is being a part of the amazing careers that nurses build through traveling. To see someone go from a newer nurse to winning a Daisy award as a trauma charge RN is something that keeps me going, even when the job gets tough.

Sidney was so helpful throughout the entire process from simply asking about a job to being hired and even extending my contract. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to extend but he was the best mediator between me and the facility and ensured my contract was extended.
