Why I love to recruit
My favorite part about recruiting is being a part of the amazing careers that nurses build through traveling. To see someone go from a newer nurse to winning a Daisy award as a trauma charge RN is something that keeps me going, even when the job gets tough.

Sidney was so helpful throughout the entire process from simply asking about a job to being hired and even extending my contract. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to extend but he was the best mediator between me and the facility and ensured my contract was extended. I originally saw the job on AYA and he managed to get the contract from them to TNAA with better pay.

Sid has been the absolute best! He been my recruiter since they were Total Med and I can’t say enough good enough things about him! He’s timely and patient and only wants what’s best for his nurses. Anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve never felt like he wasn’t gonna try his hardest to get it resolved or like I’m a burden. He’s the absolute best!
