About Tyler West:

Tyler is favorite recruiter. Very helpful, knowledgeable and there to lend an ear when things are stressful. He doesn't send me anything that doesn't fit my needs and I trust his judgement. I think it's a strange relationship between recruiters and their nurses. Ultimately, I think the recruiter is a salesman and the nurse has to trust that they keep our best interest in mind. It helps that he has a good sense of humor.

I met Tyler at TravCon, and he impressed me with his exuberant personality, warm professionalism, and zest for the industry. I’ve worked with Tyler since 2021 and he is always responsive, available and extremely helpful. He understands what his nurses are looking for and does a great job in keeping you updated on any openings or escalations that take place when necessary.
