Tyler has an upbeat persona that definitely comes across the phone when working on this process. He projects positivity --even when process of applications and interviews are slower than I would like. In these days and times, there have been communication lags probably due to high volume workload and time zone differences. However, both of us have been able to work through those and get to the answers. He has helped me tremendously!
