About Tyler West:

I met Tyler at TravCon, and he impressed me with his exuberant personality, warm professionalism, and zest for the industry. I felt like I could trust Tyler as a recruiter, and I am so glad I listened to my gut. He listened to my preferences as a travel nurse, and only submitted to assignments that met these needs. I’ve worked with Tyler since 2021 and he is always responsive, available and extremely helpful. He understands what his nurses are looking for and does a great job in keeping you updated on any openings or escalations that take place when necessary. Tyler is by far the best recruiter I've worked with in the past three years of travel nursing. He asks intelligent, well thought out questions that guide him to the best fit for his nurses. He is quick and courteous in his response time, and genuinely works to find answers in the event he doesn't know them. To me Tyler represents what an experienced recruiter should be.
