About Tyler West:

I was referred to Tyler by my nursing school preceptor and colleague two years ago. Unfortunately I was unable to work directly with Tyler until recently, however since meeting he has been persistently checking in every three months to check on my needs and keep my profile up to date! He never took "no" for an answer, and never changed his positive attitude. We are finally working together and it has been awesome! Tyler is EXTREMELY attentive, and knows his job through and through. He took it upon himself to research the area and find the best locations for me to submit to within the area I was interested in and made me feel very secure in submitting while my license for that state was still pending, reassuring me that his team will make sure it comes through in time. In the end of the day he was able to secure a contract for me within the area, the unit, the shift and the rate I requested within one week. I have worked with many recruiters and so far Tyler has been the most fun and easiest to work with.

About Tyler West:

I have traveled with Tyler for two years! And never has he failed in being the best recruiter and always made sure the assignment was right for me and if something wasn’t right he made sure to fix whatever he could within his powers. I am currently staff nursing now to gain ICU experience but I will only have one recruiter and that is Tyler and hope to be with him for as long as he remains a recruiter.
