About Dorene Major:

Dorene is a great recruiter. The communication regarding start time and time cards was hard to figure out. I place more of that on the hospital than on Dorene. I have always used Kronos and Vector is new and there is always a bit of a learning curve when learning to navigate a new system.

About Dorene Major:

Dorene always goes above and beyond. She is extremely intelligent, knows her numbers, always makes me feel like she has my back. She lives in NY and called me once at like 1am her time because she knew I was driving across the country to my next assignment and wanted to just make sure I was ok. I never feel afraid to land an assignment anywhere because Dorene makes everything so easy. In a world where first day instructions, competencies, and form after form can get daunting- Dorene does it all like its chewing bubble gum.
