Dorene was amazingly helpful from day one. She supported me through unexpected challenges and was not deterred by the obstacles that were new for her as well. A true advocate for her nurses to find positions. She has been excellent at finding solutions to things that could have seemed impossible in the eyes of others, and is it absolutely due to her that I am here on my first position (of hopefully many in the future!). Although I have only recently begun, she has continued to check in and make sure things are going well, which is extremely appreciated. A great thanks to her and the whole team at TotalMed.
