About Dorene Major:

I cannot recommend Dorene enough. She is probably the biggest reason that I felt secure and taken care of during my first travel nursing placement. One of the biggest things that set her apart from other recruiters is that she truly listened to exactly what I was looking for in a travel nursing job and didn't try to push anything or convince me to broaden my scope beyond what I was comfortable with. She honored what I was looking for and worked hard to submit me to jobs that fit. I ended up with an amazing job as a result! Dorene has so much experience in the field, is always so wam and fun to talk to, and truly bring such "humanness" into the industry. She is an incredible nurse advocate and I am so glad that she reached out to me just as I was starting my search for travel nursing jobs!
