Sidney is great. This is my first time working with an agency and I have met people and heard from others about how their experience has been. Some have had good experiences but a lot have just had okay experiences. Sidney is the best. Very informative. Kept me updated at every point and even checked in when I was in the lull period. He advocates for me and makes sure everything is going as smoothly as possible!

Samantha was great. She answered all my questions even at odd hours of the night (time zone and night shift worker).
