About Ryan Pelton:

Ryan makes me tingle. He reached out to me through social media and established a rapport which eventually led to a contract placement. I had 3 specific cities that I was interested in working in at that time and be delivered a contract in my second choice city. I was very pleased with this. He provided services in a timely manner and met me needs above and beyond my previous recruiter from another company that I actually knew personally for over a year before establishing a professional relationship. I have ryan the highest marks in the survey except on the compliance question, I gave a no teeth revealing smiling face which I don’t feel Ryan has any control over the compliance department bothering me. I keep Ryan posted regularly on my daily work routine as well as my expiring credentials. It can be annoying when I do so and then a compliance person reaches out about expiring credentials when I’m an exceptional grown up. Again, I don’t think that reflects on Ryan’s performance and you shouldn’t either. I am at my third facility with Ryan as my recruiter with multiple extensions. I am pleased with Ryan’s performance.

Alison is such a wonderful recruiter. She responds right away and took care of me throughout this process especially for being a first time traveler. She is transparent with everything and always make sure to find me an assignment that fits my preference. Talking to her doesnt feel like she’s a recruiter, I feel like I am talking to a friend who is supportive, and reminds me that everything will be okay with updates of course.
