Chris is very personable and truly proactive in assisting his clients. When you talk to him you sense a desire to out compete other recruiters from various companies resulting in the best location/pay balance possible. Unless another company blows me away with a pay package, I don't see myself leaving TotalMed in future assignments due to the trust I have in Chris. Plus, he's quick to answer any question.

I was so nervous and scared about starting my travel RN career. There are a bunch of big, well-known travel RN agencies--I had never heard of Total Med. Alison (my recruiter) was so patient with me and answered all of my neurotic questions along the way, easing my anxiety. What's most important to me is how incredibly attentive, and communicative she is. I've refused to work with other recruiters/agencies even though they have contracts to some pretty desirable hospitals/pay rates. The headache of working with a recruiter who can't even remember what area I want to work in or when I'm looking for work (like write it down/document it--is it that difficult?) gives me fair warning to STAY away. I've been an RN for 10 years--too old to be dealing with that crap. I only want to deal with people whom are competent and demonstrate a vested interest in helping me. I can't say enough wonderful things about Alison.

Alison has been a joy to work with. She is always willing to go the extra mile to find out the information I needed and got me more money than expected!

Alison is awesome! I'm thrilled to be working with her! I was a bit frustrated with compliance though. Communication wasn't the greatest and I was told to complete things I had already done, get a flu shot at a location that didn't offer a flu shot, was sent additional UNM forms to complete the week AFTER my original start date (why did I not receive these before my start date?). Also, somehow it wasn't acknowledged that both my physical and my drug screen had not been received by TM or submitted to the hospital until the Tuesday of the week I was supposed to start. Otherwise no complaints!

Alison is the only reason I continued with the contract at Totalmed. The compliance process was awful but I am certain it would have been even more awful without Alison. She essentially did the work of a compliance person/recruiter. I can also confidently say I wouldn't have started my contract on time if it weren't for Alison. She is quick to respond and is incredibly knowledgeable. I've worked with a few recruiters in the past and she's truly one of the best, if not the best I've ever had!
