Alison is so personable and wonderful about understanding your needs. My friend and I wanted to travel together and we were honestly a pain in the butt when we had Alison looking for our first assignment. She was so patient with us and is always available for any questions we have or anything we need! We're on assignment right now and still answers our questions in a timely manner whether it's the middle of a weekday or midnight on a Saturday. She such a sweetheart and I could go on and on-give this girl a raise!

Alison has been an incredible recruiter. I was referred to her by a friend and she met all of my expectations and then some. This is my first travel assignment as a newer nurse. That was challenge number on for Ms. Alison. I am also traveling with a friend and we didn't want to be "too far" from home and wanted to work the same shift. Mrs. Alison found us the perfect assignment in a timely manner. She helped us complete the onboarding process and still checks in two weeks into the assignment. I am so thankful that she is my recruiter! (:

I love Alison! Not only is she extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, but she has given me incredible advice on all my assignments so far. She has provided me with support when I have been having a hard time and I know she will always have my back. I have been offered to come to other agencies, some that may be able to get more money for me, but I will not do so as long as Alison is my recruiter. She is what keeps me from switching. I rather have a recruiter I can trust than the possibility of a few extra dollars at the end of the day. I have never had a disappointing moment with her.

I feel very blessed to have such a great recruiter! He does a great job with placement/compliance, he is an awesome representative for any nurse! I feel comfortable contacting him day or evening or even weekend!!! (though I try not to) Ryan is like having your own lawyer/counselor/friend. He gets things done yet he is down to earth laid back too. He calms me down if I'm freaking out over anything. I will never utilize services of any other recruiter! I'm about to start my 2nd assignment and I never ever thought I could make this amount of money! There are opportunities in all areas...I am a Behavioral Health RN, BSN. I did not realize there were psych assignments out there! I highly recommend Ryan Pelton!!!
