About Ron Crum:

Ron is genuinely a wonderful human being whose integrity, work ethic and fantastic interpersonal skills enabled me to start my travel experience better than I could have imagined. He encouraged me to be honest in my skills assessment, be patient and give him the chance to find the right place that would work with me to bring me up to speed. Boy, am I glad I did! He not only found one that turned out to be amazing, but took the time to help me understand the process to avoid common glitches, was quick to respond and get needed clarification and consistently went above and beyond in every aspect. He made a huge difference in putting me on the path to a successful journey and I will definitely continue to work with him. I can not recommend Ron highly enough!!! About Russ Waehler:

Russ was amazing! He listened to what I had to say when I said I was interested but wasn’t going to take anything until a certain time and respected my wishes and didn’t shove jobs at me but kept in contact and wasn’t over bearing! He gets back to you in a timely manner and just is overall amazing to work with!
