Jayme has been my recruiter since my first traveling experience 6/2021. I have had TNAA as my first and only agency, even after dealing with many other agencies, I've chosen TNAA and most of all Jayme as my #1 contact. I've been traveling for 2 yrs now from Colorado. Jayme and I got to know each other over the phone, she listens to what my interests are, my requirements and finds me contracts within a few days. I am always in a different timezone from TNAA, so listening to my wants and needs Jayme submits me immediately when she sees openings, as I don't always see them first. She immediately notifies me of any submissions and gives me the chance to approve or disapprove them. The ultimate decision is of course up to me, but at least she has me submitted before I even see them. I absolutely love that, as we've all experienced the East Coast sees the jobs before the West Coast timezone. I have Never been without a contract from one job to another. (unlike other travel RNs in the same job as me. Some have had to extend at places they don't like, or have had to taken Per Diem jobs in their home state until they get another contract.) I have been so incredibly blessed with Jamye. She's on top of it. I've Never been without a future contract to go to! Love her to pieces! I can't recommend her enough for any future travelers that are looking for a #1 recruiter! Thank you Jamye for all your hard work for me!!!
I've been working woth Donna for 5 years now. She is always courteous professional, and hard working. Always able to find me contacts, and help me with any and all issues I've had while traveling
My travel partner and I were hesitant to switch agencies due to the stress of starting the whole process over again, but Shana made it pretty painless. She was aggressive about getting us an assignment, checking daily for leads on assignments that fit our personal requirements. She has been understanding and patient with us, and we have been very thankful to have her as our recruiter.
Donna is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire contract process. She understands my needs and preferences, and she is always available to answer my questions. She also does a great job of matching me with positions that fit me well.

Donna is the best. No sugar coating and gives it to me straight. I love how she checks in with me when I’m far from home. She is quick to respond by phone, email and text. I feel very supported when I’m under contract with Donna. I wouldn’t change a thing.
In a previous review I mentioned that I did not feel helped in the moment I genuinely needed someone, while I was blinded by aggravation. I’ve come to learn that there has been several technical issues which lead to my recruiter not receiving my messages which effected her ability to respond. I apologize for the misunderstanding of the situation.
Ellie has been extremely understanding of my issues here and has offered great advice when I needed to talk or vent about a situation. She expresses genuine care for her work and the people she’s working with. She has been very helpful during the hiring process and continuously assists with any questions and concerns that have come up. I look forward to working with her in the future.
Ashley is wonderful at her job! My wife, and I have been working with her for over 2 years now, and we will continue to do so! She's helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. She works hard to make sure that we are happy and comfortable. I'm never concerned about the next contract because I know I have Ashley in my corner!
