About Deon Cavender:

She is by far one of the best recruiters I’ve worked with. She treats her candidates like family, not just another placement, and genuinely cares about their success. She is incredibly efficient, proactive, and responsive, always staying on top of everything and providing guidance every step of the way. About Adriana Catalinotto:

I’ve been traveling for quite some time now. Ihave 25 years experience in ultrasound. I have spoken to hundreds of recruiters in the last few years. There are so many! I’m sure the competition can be a little nuts on that end. I had a message from Adriana bright and early on a Monday morning not too long ago. Her message was original and quite clever! I had to call her back! We hit it off immediately. She is very personable knowledgeable, and very good at her job. I looked at several jobs and had great discussions with her about them. She asked all the right questions and was never in a rush to get me submitted to just any job. She definitely understands my wants and needs. I’m certain together we will find my next dream job! Adriana is motivated dedicated and happy to be helping. I can tell she enjoys her job. I also really liked her personal profile. She is very smart and ambitious.
