Brett is always there for me. Even if all I need is someone to listen. And is not scared to tell you the truth and not sugar coat things. He gives it to you straight. He truly cares and will take time out of his busy day to talk to you and help you make the right decision for you. Because it is a stressful time when a contract is about to end, and all you can think about is needing a job and money. He is there to say ok let’s think about this before you just jump into a job you may not like just for money. I truly appreciate him for that.
I cannot say enough positive things about Ryan. However, potential candidates need to know how valuable my experience was to truly understand how much coming to TNAA is the wiser decision if all recruiters are like Ryan! I was contacted by Ryan earlier this summer and his level of professionalism was unmatched. Although I was working with another agency, I voiced concerns I had with my current travel company and he took the time to educate and encourage me. He demonstrated not only his knowledge and resourcefulness, but his willingness to go above and beyond. Although impressed, I had already made a commitment to a travel contract. I told Ryan once my contract was over, I would reach out. Fast forward to midway of my contract, I was in a completely devastating predicament. Needless to say, my contract ended early and I immediately reached out to Ryan. The experience of having him as a recruiter was seamless, stress free, and educational. In the short amount of time I worked with him, he has been very transparent and supportive. Moreover, when hiccups occur, he will advocate to no end for you! My experience with TNAA vs my previous company is like night and day. Ryan found an assignment in a very short period of time. He also ensured to answer all my questions. He made me feel like I’m the only client he is working with although I’m certain that is not the case. As a new traveler having his expertise onboard to help navigate choosing an assignment is invaluable and incredible. There are no words to express how much I appreciate having Ryan as my recruiter!
