I love the Travel Staffing industry, with over 20 years experience in recruiting I have a ton of knowledge to offer. My heart is in educating and onboarding first-time travelers — making that first assignment a success. I am passionate about helping my clinicians build their careers. I take pride in finding them the right match, whether it’s working at a prestigious hospital or in a specific location. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas: Hiking, biking, kayaking with my family, including my four-legged furry friends, Sookie and Nix. I love new experiences involving personal growth, yoga, experimenting in the kitchen/grill and traveling!

Donna was recommended to me by a friend of mine in 2024, who has her as her recruiter. I am so grateful and blessed to have Donna as my recruiter ... and she's kinda my guidance counselor. She has been tremendously and extremely helpful, understanding, patient, caring, and supportive on all my journeys. She is the BEST! Donna is so easy to talk to and very relatable. I always look for that connection, and it was very intuitive with her. This is my second year and second contract with TNAA (and only TNAA), and so far, I haven't had the need nor the inclination to sign up for another company aside from TNAA/Total Med.
