I like my recruiter a lot we have discussed what I want and agreed to put info on profile and look for jobs that me my needs and fit job criteria. He encouraged not to take anything that do not feel completely comfortable with instead wait to avoid being miserable in an assignment.

She's extremely attentive to what you're looking to experience as traveler and she's very open with you about her experience with healthcare systems to make sure that you're not getting into a situation you may not want to be in. I never felt pressured or like I didn't have the freedom to do what I wanted to do. Any time anyone talks about issues with their recruiters, I can never join in on the conversation because there's nothing negative about working with Amanda or her team. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren’t for her, and for that, I'm forever grateful.
