Deon listened to my concerns as a new traveler, and even though I was willing to travel as far as Massachusetts, she made a suggestion that allowed me to be closer to home with a start date and rate that meets my needs. I had such a great experience working with Aaron for a good few years! We were always on the same page and I was always kept in the loop. When it came to things I was unaware of he helped educate me or keep me informed. He would get back to me in a timely manner and send helpful reminders when something had to get done. I never felt that I wasn't kept in awareness of where I was in the hiring or extension process as he would keep me informed. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Aaron which made my traveling experience so enjoyable!
