About Dana Thompson:

As a traveling registered nurse and independent medical professional, this industry has many agencies, and recruiters are flooding the market. They are eager to get a quick signature on a contract collecting astronomical compensation for being non existent as the medical professional does all the work. My first experience with TNAA was bumpy with some bad apples. I was dealt with in my opinion some random employees with TNAA and a lower title and education than me trying to tell me the independent medical professional how the process and contract is going to play out, with unrealistic expectations of me to do tasks without any compensation or rudely demands. I requested and demanded to be switched. Dana took over and ever since then I was met with respect and a present recruiter working together to fulfill the contract. She exceeds expectations and is a true example of what a recruiter should be doing for the medical professional and also being that asset to the organization or agency. Any agency employing Dana should be recognizing this and compensating her above and beyond.
