I contacted Taylor over a year and a half ago and didn't originally sign with her and TNAA. She kept up with me the entire time at appropriate intervals, with relevant questions and information. More so than my current agent. I wanted to sign with her from the beginning and it took a while for the stars to align but here we are now. I appreciate Taylor greatly for her genuine personality, knowledge, and hard work.

About Melinda McEwen:

I found Melinda on social media. I am highly disappointed I work in a specialty for which TNAA does not have contracts. Initially, I was frustrated by that and more gruff than I should have been. Melinda was professional and gracious when explaining this. She validated my feelings, took a minute to go over the market industry, and gave me insight into current trends. Melinda’s consideration and simply taking time to help me understand gave me tools I needed. Melinda’s knowledge of the industry and labor markets in general reveal a talented professional devoted to helping others in thier career. The only thing I’m upset about is I cannot have Melinda as my recruiter. Affirmation words: dynamic, caring, authentic, honest, patient and dedicated. If you are looking for the best choose Melinda.
