Melinda listened to me, found a job in the region I wanted, the job is paying in the range I wanted. Starting it in 3 weeks! Melinda also helped me on her off time. I am a night shift RN. Many recruiters wont work week ends!

I just met Melinda this week on Monday and so far she has been so good to me. She gets back with me in a timely manner and she is very friendly and wants to know about my life and actually seems to care about what goes on.
