I was bombarded with calls and job offers and she was the most honest and trustworthy. I stopped working with any other recruiters and stuck with her. Unfortunately, a company I contracted with previously found a job before her another job reached out to her. My conscious couldn't reject the contract I had already signed.

About Melinda McEwen:

Melinda has always had my best interest as her number one priority. She is knowledgeable when it comes to how hospitals work, and the needs of her nurses. She will go to battle for her nurses if needed. I can always trust that she will be honest with me and be an ear to listen when I need to talk about work or just life in general. I do not feel like a number with her. At times she may seem like she is being pulled in 1000 different directions, but when I truly need her time she somehow finds it and works her magic. I have done 2 assignments with her as my recruiter so far and know I will do more! Melinda is definitely a force and I am so blessed to have her behind me!
