Melinda has been a great recruiter. She helped me with every question I had from getting started all the way up to signing my first contract. She has always responded to my texts and emails, even late in the evenings and on weekends. She has been very encouraging and transparent with me through the whole process. She told me that I was her first radiology technologist that she has recruited for TNAA, and I believe that she will be able to help many more rad techs like me to find their way in the world of travel radiology.
