Melinda was referred to me by a mutual friend in the area. I recently started a job search & she came highly recommended. I cannot say enough great things about her. The first thing: she is an amazing listener. She took the time to allow me to share my story & discuss my needs. I’ve been out of bedside too long to be able to work as a travel nurse at this time. Melinda was compassionate & kind in explaining the WHY behind TNAA wanting me to have recent bedside experience- so I am successful! She then took the time to explain steps on how to get back to bedside so I can become a traveler later. She also encouraged me to check out their generous referral program & to reach out with questions as I continue my journey. Anyone - I mean ANYONE- seeking to find a travel job would be blessed to work with Melinda. She’s a doll- knowledgeable, caring, forthright & not afraid to tell the truth but in a manner that left me hopeful. Way to go TNAA on having this rock star on your team!!

Even though placement in a travel job didn't work out, Melinda was by my side and helped me the whole way. It not working out was 100% on my personal situation changing and I would've loved to continue working with her and hope to again in the future all the way to a job being secured!

As Melinda and I began to speak, we both quickly realized TNAA may not be the company for me. It’s not because they are not a great company, my needs are a little different. I have been a nurse manager for 25+ years and I am not looking for a bedside nursing position that they have to offer. I am looking for leadership contracts. Melinda did not stop there, she guided me to corporate positions and encouraged me to continue my search for my dream job. She also provided me with the information regarding their referral program at TNAA. I look forward to working with her in the future wherever our paths may cross.
