She took the time to listen to see if not only my skills and experience but that my personality would be a fit for the position. She even took the time to review my resume and provided feedback within 24 hours of me speaking with her. It is not easy to "brag" on yourself for a position, but Crystal provided the right feedback, and it worked as she got me an interview within 24 hours.
