About Amanda Singleton:

I had a great experience working with Amanda throughout the recruiting process for my Engagement Lead role. She was highly responsive, provided prompt updates, and gave valuable guidance that helped me maximize the strength and positioning of my resume. Her support made the process smooth, professional, and confidence-building from start to finish.

About Christopher Frana:

Chris is attentive, personable and appeared to know all the technical points I made. I would say perhaps he was formerly an IT admin! Anyway, it's a little early in our progress but I would say the feedback from the AI recording our conversation was very useful and tier4group seems like a "notch above" many of the recruiting firms in our area. Look forward to working with them.

About Meghan Lusty:

Meghan has been exceptional to work with. She's always prompt, and has been a straight shooter through positive and negative disclosures alike. Not all recruiters truly feel like an advocate for applicants, and I didn't feel like I had to negotiate against a recruiter, and she is there to sell your case to the client. Furthermore, her interview prep is exceptional, in capturing points to focus on w/ the client, and to feel comfortable going into the interview having prepared for the right questions. Would absolutely recommend Meghan to anyone in my network, and would be happy to work with her in the future.

About Crystal Rehling:

Andrew B. Senior Graphic Designer 4.40

About Crystal Rehling:

We spent a few months in contact over the position. The client had a slow ramp up to when they were ready, and Crystal was patient and transparent with me through the whole process. She offered solid advice on resume and portfolio needs and kept me informed even when there was no info from the client end. It was nice to not be guessing or wondering where I stood during the process. Job hunting is stressful and she did her best to keep me at ease.
