About Kim Kilgoar:

I had an outstanding experience working with Kim as my recruiter. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Kim stayed on top of every detail throughout the process, maintaining constant communication with both me and the hiring team. She navigated a lot of back-and-forth seamlessly and even advocated on my behalf to strengthen the offer, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was her approach—she wasn’t just a middleman. At one point, she connected me directly with the hiring manager so I could get clear feedback and build that relationship myself. That level of transparency and confidence is rare. She was always available whenever I needed to talk, quick to respond, and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Before each interview, she shared helpful tips and guidance that made a real difference in my preparation. Kim goes above and beyond, and it shows. I’ve already recommended her to several colleagues from my previous company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thanks to her support, I’m now happily settled into my new role. Strongly recommend—Kim is exceptional at what she does.

About Ashley Wetzel:

Ashley was everything you'd want in a recruiter! Helpful, responsive, gave great information and guidance! I was a great match for this role and this role was a great match for me! She should get a ton of credit for recognizing that. So many openings and job seekers out there, it's not easy and she couldn't have been more right! The stars aligned better than I could have imagined and that's credit to her!

About Crystal Rehling:

Crystal was amazing to work with! She asked thoughtful questions throughout to make sure we were on the same page, gave constructive feedback on my resume so I could make changes that reflect my work experience, and even helped me update the layout. She also sent me detailed information before each interview and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident and highlight my strengths. On the days of my interviews, Crystal checked in with me beforehand to make sure I was ready and debriefed with me afterward. She kept things both professional and real the entire time, which gave me clarity around the company and boosted my confidence going into the role. I genuinely felt like someone cared about me finding my next role and had the expertise to help me land a great fit.
