I will definitely recommend Kim for any future hires. Kim was very knowledgeable, great personality, genuinely understanding of the client's needs. She also did a great job with following up and guiding me every step of the process, communicating of any updates along the way. Also provided good tips for the video and onsite interviews. After I was hired, she also took the time to check- in to make sure things are ok and if I needed any of her help!
