Crystal was amazing to work with! She asked thoughtful questions throughout to make sure we were on the same page, gave constructive feedback on my resume so I could make changes that reflect my work experience, and even helped me update the layout. She also sent me detailed information before each interview and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident and highlight my strengths. On the days of my interviews, Crystal checked in with me beforehand to make sure I was ready and debriefed with me afterward. She kept things both professional and real the entire time, which gave me clarity around the company and boosted my confidence going into the role. I hadn't read any reviews for Christopher before contacting him. I was mostly intending that if he was the right person, we would talk. My experience is that he is very responsive. He came off as very personable in the electronic communication. I am originally from the midwest, and felt he was easy to connect with on the phone.
